Jill is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who is client focused driven based upon the belief that the foundation of successful therapeutic outcomes stems for the strong therapeutic rapport between client and therapist. Once therapeutic rapport is developed Jill will use an integrated approach that best meets the clients’ unique needs. These may include the therapeutic modalities of EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused, Client-Centered Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Jill’s client’s report her as being empathic, a good listener, caring, and energetic. Jill has the necessary education, training, and skills to help you become your best self. Jill believes that the client is their own best expert, its simply her role to help clients learn how to be their best expert.
