I graduated from BYU and am a fully licensed LCSW counselor/therapist. I specialize in treating children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with addiction, relationships, depression, and self-esteem/self-concept deficits. I have spent significant time in substance abuse treatment centers, schools, and treatment centers for youth, couples, and marriages, as well as working in spiritual-based counseling. My specialty is using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients grow individually by developing more hope that they can heal and move forward with joy, to love themselves and where they are. I use a person-centered approach to help the client believe in themselves and change their negative core beliefs to positive attributes. I love the sports and outdoors as well as spending time with the family.
