Hope is key to healing, emotional health, and quality of life! Whether you are a new mom who needs support, are living with depression/anxiety, or someone who wants to process thru past trauma, I have hope for you! Hope that you can experience healing, reach YOUR goals, and live a high quality life. I have 16 years of experience empowering individuals to overcome trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, etc. and would love the honor of working with you! I believe matching with the right therapist who you feel connection and trust with is imperative to reach your goals. I use a holistic approach- addressing the whole person- physical, mental, and spiritual. My specialties are women's issues (trauma, pregnancy/post partum, and the pressures felt by women/moms) and Christian counseling (as desired by the client). Sessions can be held virtually or through walk therapy in person. It takes strength and courage to enter into a therapy relationship. It would be a privilege to be entrusted with those things that you rarely share with others, to offer hope in those spaces that feel hopeless, to bring light to the darkness.
