I obtained my bachelor’s degree in psychology and Human services. In 2015 I graduated with my master’s degree in clinical mental health.

My mission is to help individuals get through the hard times and learn to build healthy relationships, let go of the past, be positive, grow, and manage stress and anxiety. As a ally of the LGBTQ community I strive to create acceptance and understanding in my therapeutic setting no matter how you identify. It makes me happy when I am able to close services with someone knowing I was able to make a difference in their lives.

I am licensed in Georgia with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I am certified in TF-CBT and Teen Counseling. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I work with adults and teens. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage.
