Hi All!

My name is Jessie and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT). I have experience working with clients who struggle with anxiety, adjustment, trauma, abuse, parental conflicts, anger management, and a wide range of other problems.

In order to provide culturally sensitive therapeutic work, I believe in learning my clients as individuals and the things they find value in. I view life's difficulties as challenges along life's journey: problems are inevitable visitors in all of our lives. I believe that my clients are the experts in their own lives and have the resources they need to change their path in a way that honors their preferred way of living. I understand problem formation, and change from a systemic lens, where I consider both external and internal influences.

I believe in meeting my clients where they are and when beginning a therapeutic relationship, building rapport is important to creating and maintaining an authentic safe space. I am here to be a listening ear and I look forward to working with you.
