I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Texas. I have over 3 years of experience working with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, poor communication styles and family dynamic stressors. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Approach I will create an environment that will allow you to explore your feelings, thoughts and behavior patterns. I have over 10 years experience as a social worker working with individuals from various backgrounds. This experience has allowed me the opportunity to connect with local community agencies to provide resources for patients.

During sessions, I strive to ensure you feel safe, comfortable and heard. I will provide a nonjudgemental environment that promotes open communicate and a felt safety. I hope to break any barriers and confute stigmas surrounding counseling all while addressing current concerns and needs. I look forward to fostering your personal growth.
