About

I am a licensed mental health care professional (LPC-MHSP) in Tennessee with 7 years of work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions and compulsive behaviors, LGBT-related issues, & family conflicts. I provide trauma- informed care and aid clients in exploring their inner selves, as well as building supportive strategies.


My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I desire to help guide people through the chaos of life. I am ready to walk through those issues with you. I will listen to your story attentively to help you understand your story and how it impacts your life. I will provide a non-judgmental atmosphere where you will feel safe and accepted. I will respect your story because you are the expert of your life. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
