Hi, my name is Heather and I have been helping people feel better and improve his/her/ze/ce/etc. lives for over 8 years now. My passion is to help people discover who they are and what they are capable of beneath the pain of trauma or emotional distress. I consider myself a teacher as well as a counselor of mental wellness. I will provide a safe place for you to be who you are and to work towards healing from the inside out. I utilize different forms of treatment that is tailored to you. My personal style is one of warmth and caring. However I believe in challenging faulty perceptions and poor thoughts/actions to help push you forward when needed so that you will leave feeling empowered and encouraged.
