Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed out of Missouri and Texas. I have 7 years of experience counseling a wide range of concerns including, family conflict, parenting, trauma, foster care, anxiety, depression, divorce/separation, military challenges and life changes.
I provide a holistic approach by addressing your physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual needs. I approach therapy in a warm, integrative, client-centered manner. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to include solution-focused, cognitive- behavioral, psychoeducational, trauma-informed, and more.
