Hi! My name is Jessica and I am so glad that you're here. It can be so difficult to reach out, but you are in the right place. I am a therapist who practices in Maryland I've been working with teenagers and adults for 15 years, after having received my degree from Smith College. I have seen that a connection with the right therapist can be incredibly healing to those who are struggling with a history of trauma, as well as those struggling in relationships or parenting. The work that we do together is sometimes difficult, but there is nothing worth doing that is easy, right?

My counseling style is warm, non-judgmental, and open. I work within an eclectic framework, pulling from psychodynamic, somatic, and behavioral therapies. I will tailor our work to your very specific needs. No two people are alike, and no two relationships are alike. You are the expert on your life. Together, we can be curious about what's going on and find the healing solution that's right for you.
