About
Everyone needs to talk sometimes to someone. Whether it be about the good or the bad, the easy or the hard stuff, everyone needs to let it out. Stuffing feelings only creates more problems for you, physically and emotionally. I have been told I am very easy to talk to and trust. As it was said to me back in the 8th grade by a school friend, "Everyone always comes to you to talk about their problems, you ever notice that?" This was my first clue that I needed to become a therapist!
