I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 7 years experience working with adults, adolescents and families. I specialize in helping individuals with trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, substance abuse, co-dependency, self esteem, LGBTQ+, ADHD, social skills, anger management, grief and loss and relationship issues. What is your approach to therapy? I am person centered with treatment and tailor it around each individual. Some approaches I use include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, exposure and response therapy, narrative, mindfulness based, strength-based and solution focused. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Everyone struggles with adversity and barriers throughout their lives. My goal is to help individuals challenge unhealthy thinking and habits, develop skills, and live more empowered, mindful and present lives. I create a nonjudgmental and safe environment where I work collaboratively with individuals to establish goals and growth towards wellness.
