I possess a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia and also a Nationally Certified Counselor. I have worked in a variety of settings ranging from inpatient, to outpatient, as well as telehealth. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for use with individuals with a history of trauma. My passion is providing service and support to individuals of various backgrounds who are in need. During my professional work, I have found that adverse life experiences can negatively impact others at every level- physically, spiritually, psychologically, professionally, and relationally. My overall goal is to bring support and healing to those in need to promote greater resilience and an enhanced quality of life for others.
