I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and the Owner of Jessica Hull Mental Health Counseling. I received my Bachelors of Science in Psychology from State University of New York at Cortland and my Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from State University of New York at Oswego. I am an affirming therapist providing trauma-informed, remote therapy. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, life transitions, and low self-esteem. You are deserving of a life free of excessive worry, guilt, and shame. You ARE enough and are capable of feeling proud of yourself and your accomplishments. Managing anxiety and stress can be exhausting, but you do not need to do it alone. I believe that people are inherently good and that we may have adopted unhelpful patterns of thoughts and ways of coping to allow us to survive our circumstances. I feel that people are able to create meaningful change when they are feeling empowered and supported.
