We have all been in a place in life where we are “just trying to figure it out.” As a therapist, I am here to assist you with the process of “figuring it out.” I have worked with several individuals who have experienced difficulties with stress, anxiety, substance use, trauma, career concerns, and life transitions. I am ready to make an immediate and long-standing contribution to assist with your overall health and wellness. I provide traditional talk therapy and have found that an eclectic approach to therapy has been beneficial to most individuals. I am aware that every individual is different, and it is important to personalize therapy for individuals and their desired outcomes. As I illustrate to my clients, know that you are the driver on this journey, but I am your guide to assist with pitfalls and potholes. I will challenge illogical turns and thinking as well as applaud better thought-out plans with sound decisions.
