I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience working with clients with concerns including stress, anxiety, phobias, OCD, depression, guilt and shame, impulsivity, substance use and addictions, anger management, motivation, self esteem, and confidence.

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming whatever it is that challenges you.
