Hello, I specialize in trauma (physical abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse), depression, and anxiety issues. I work primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults with mental health issues, and I have experience working with populations from different cultural backgrounds. I have a holistic and client-centered approach that promotes awareness, insights, knowledge, and positive changes. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Somatic Psychotherapy.
