Hi I'm Jennifer. I work with a wide range of therapy clients. In couples therapy I focus on identifying what differences in your family of origin are impacting how you see the world and work with you to translate that into working together with your partner to successfully process and integrate your two differing styles. In individual therapy the focus is on identifying what keeps you stuck and how to shift to improve communication, mood, relationships, and have a more positive outlook. I also work with you to identify and work toward your goals, whatever they may be. I work with a solution focused, cognitive behavioral style. I have been trained in TFCBT. I have many years experience and work to find what will work best with you. Change is hard and identifying what is impacting your life and holding you back is where we work together to move forward.
