Are you in need of finding hope and finding your inner strength? It is my view that all individuals have good qualities, the capability to do well, and have the desire to make changes in their lives. I believe that negative thinking can have a strong effect on someone's behaviors and if they can change their thinking in a more positive manner, they will be open to more pleasant outcomes. I have conducted individual and family therapy in areas such as major life adjustments, depression, anxiety, and children/teen issues.
I specialize in major life adjustments such as adjusting to being a new student, becoming a new or single mother, and behavior changes. I utilize Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
