About

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Missouri with over 5 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients of all ages and a wide range of concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, ADHD, OCD, food and body image related challenges, motivation, self confidence, trauma, and family system disruptions. Additionally, I have supported and worked with many clients through difficult life transitions such as divorce, loss of a beloved family member or friend, and pet loss.

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Too often, our mental health challenges hold us back from living the life we deserve. Difficult thoughts, feelings, and emotions can push us around, run the show, and interfere with our ability to live a life that aligns with our values and goals. In addition to providing a supportive, caring space to process these challenges, I want to help you develop news skills and tools to navigate the many stressors and challenges that life can throw our way.
