Since you're searching the Find A Therapist site you're most likely looking for support for yourself. Maybe you are confused, stressed, sad, struggling or overwhelmed? You are seeking someone outside of your friends and family to help guide you and you're trying to figure out which therapist would be the best fit. The fit between client and therapist is one of the strongest indicators of change. So, a little about me:
I am direct and forthcoming with feedback
I will provide you with tools and tips you can implement immediately
I'm quick at figuring out and understanding where you're coming from and the dilemma you're facing
I believe that I have answers you don't AND you have answers I don't...we do this as a team. (If either of us had all of the answers we wouldn't be here :-) )
I'm not the "how does that make you feel" type of therapist.
My main goal is to give you tools to help you move and become more where and who you want to be.

My availability is a mixture of day, evening and weekends. I believe video is helpful to start but encourage any form of communication you're comfortable with.
