I am a compassionate, empathic and engaging Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to empowering you and to helping you focus on and reach your short and long term goals. I graduated from University of Pennsylvania with an undergraduate degree in psychology and received a Master in Social Work degree at New York University. Additionally, I completed a certification at National Institute for Psychotherapies, and I am a Certified Oncology Clinical Social Worker. I have extensive experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, career challenges, relationship issues, medical conditions/co-morbidities, caregiving stressors, and more.

It can be challenging to make the decision to seek help, and it takes a lot of courage to reach out. I hope to make you feel comfortable from the first moment we start talking. My goal is simple: I want you to feel better. My approach to treatment is integrative, collaborative, and highly personalized to meet your specific needs. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to explore past experiences, interpersonal dynamics and current stressors. Together, we will uncover new ways of coping with and overcoming the issues that brought you here.
