I am a Clinical Social Worker with over 21 years of experience working in Washington, DC. Over the years I have gained experience in various modalities ranging from Aggression Replacement Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Grief and Loss, and Solution Focused Therapy, to name a few. I have worked with several populations ranging from, children, adolescents, adults and seniors. I have been trained to use the appropriate modality to help individualize each of my clients needs.
My therapeutic style is calm, engaging, and client focused. My goal is to ensure that my client feels comfortable in session to be able to work collaboratively with me to meet their therapeutic goal.
I believe that everyone has a desire to have their needs and wants met but due to our busy and challenging lives, sometimes we have difficulty seeing the way on our own. You are not alone!
