Welcome! I know that it can be overwhelming to start therapy and I am honored that you've taken the first step! I am committed to strengthening individuals, families, and communities through championing mental health through counseling & education. I believe that your therapeutic journey will provide an outlet for you to explore who you are truly meant to be when you reach your full potential BEYOND INFINITY.
I aspire to a strengths based, holistic approach, integrating theories of therapy that address the body, mind and soul. I encourage the client (s) to reflect on past experiences, identify current challenges and gain awareness of cognitive, behavioral - relational patterns and psychosomatic reactions.
While I tailor my techniques to fit the need of each individual client, one thing that remains constant is my desire to normalize the art of therapy. I spend my sessions not only providing therapeutic treatment, but also creating a safe space. It is not until we feel safe enough to let our guards down, can we truly make progress.
