Hi there, I’m Jennifer. Do you happen to suffer with anxiety, depression, grief, or hypervigilance as a result of events or traumatic experiences in your life? Do you have difficulty with positive self-talk, sleeping, or difficulty in relationships? Do you struggle to focus, relax, or feel like you are “good enough?” My goal is to empower clients to help them resolve traumas or other difficult experiences in their lives so that’s they can experience relaxation, unconditional self-worth, and move towards what they value. I also specialize in abuse experienced in childhood, ADHD, grief, mood disorders, narcisstic abuse, general anxiety, relationship issues, non-traditional relationships, and sexual issues. We will work towards decreasing distressing feelings and thoughts, depression and anxiety, improving coping and communication skills, and increasing mindfulness. My primary goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to discuss and explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with an empathic, yet goal oriented therapist.
