As a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2001 with a M.A. in Counseling, I look forward to working with each client. I rely heavily on Client Centered and Cognitive Behavioral approaches although I utilize other counseling approaches in order to best meet the specific needs of each client. I am a firm believer in adjusting my approach and modalities to help my clients get maximum results. My background is varied from counseling individuals, couples, and families. I have a heart for couples and families as well as individuals that want to improve themselves and their situation. I look forward to working with you so that you can live your best life ever!
