About

Jenna is a licensed clinical social worker who uses a client-centered therapy approach while also incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion. She has experience working with children and teens dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and trauma. She sees the potential in youth and wants to create a space where they feel seen and heard while collaborating with parents in the process so both feel supported. She has also spent time working with young adults in a college counseling center on concerns regarding mental health, perfectionism, academics, dating/relationships, and spirituality. She strives to help all her clients feel empowered to explore, learn, grow, and heal. Jenna enjoys pickleball, volleyball, board games, podcasts, popcorn, and playing with her toddler. She and her husband are avid fans of the show Survivor and love cooking and baking together.
