Monica Rawlings, SUDC, CMHC

Monica Rawlings attended Utah Valley University where she completed her undergraduate degree in psychology and obtained licensure in Substance Use Disorder Counseling. She completed a graduate program at the University of Phoenix and is licensed as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Her approaches to therapy include an eclectic perspective that utilizes creative expression, experiential, person-centered and behavioral techniques. Areas of interest and additional training focus on trauma and various empirically validated modalities that are utilized to address symptoms of trauma.
