My goal is to help you reach yours. As important as it is to find any therapist right now, it is so much more important to find the right fit for you and your needs. I will partner with you to find the right strategies and techniques to help you on your path. I have worked in mental health since 2008 with adults and adolescents in a variety of settings. This includes private practice, inpatient psychiatry, and academia. In private practice, I work with all adults and adolescents 14+, and I specialize in working with fellow members of the LGBTQIA+ community and couples in all stages and types of relationships.
