I believe that you are a complete and whole individual already, that you are the expert in you and amp; your experiences, everyone needs help sometimes, and trust and amp; safety are foundational to a therapeutic relationship. Healing can be uncomfortable, but healing does allow us to step into ourselves and lives in new and healthier ways. Therapy with me is an avenue to help you address roadblocks, process trauma, and access and discover your strengths. I work with clients who have been impacted by religious trauma and/or spiritual abuse, are experiencing faith transitions or a faith crisis, clients who are seeking to heal from trauma, body image, identity development, and anxiety. I provide telehealth therapy to clients across California and Maryland. As a trauma informed and trauma trained therapist I strive to provide a non-judgmental safe space where you feel comfortable to address, heal, recover, and reclaim your life. I am passionate about working from a Health At Every Size, body-liberation, and anti-oppressive framework.
