Every day, we face choices, situations, memories, and other challenges that can leave us feeling alone, anxious, sad, angry, numb, or overwhelmed. Whether it is past trauma, current life transition (dating, divorce/breakup, sickness, loss, baby/empty nest, job/ school, etc.), or feeling stuck- I am here to help! Together, we can identify the barriers and help you become your best and most authentic self! You are worthy and deserving!
