I am licensed to provide professional counseling services in the states of Minnesota, Arizona and Kansas. I bring over 20 years of counseling and therapy experience into the therapeutic relationship. Every person is a unique individual and no two people experience adversity or problems in the same way. My goal is to listen to you and help you identify solutions then move toward resolution. Over my career I helped people dealing with issues such as depressed mood, alcohol and other substance use, anxiety, relationship problems, grief/loss and other life circumstance problems.
