About
All of us have found ourselves at some point feeling stuck – wanting our story to look different, but without the tools and experiences to make that happen. As a therapist with more than 10 years of professional experience, I believe growth happens best combined with compassion, gentle challenge, creativity, and humor. Understanding that what happens to us impacts our mind and our body, I individualize treatment that addresses mind, body, and experiences. I provide a safe space to create healthy thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors along with the tools to sustain them. I work with adolescents and adults in individual, couples, and family sessions. We now know that the foundation for healing through counseling rests in a therapeutic relationship of trust and consistency. Human suffering and pain are not abnormal, and when we experience them, we feel overwhelmed, confused, and lost. The goal of therapy is to help you “restore hope.” It is my goal to offer high-quality counseling that is professional, confidential, and affordable. My goal is to help you meet your goals and restore hope in your current situation.
