Have you experienced something frightening happen to you that even when you try hard, you think about it? Do you struggle with anxiety, sadness, difficulty concentrating or grief? Are you struggling with behavioral concerns with your child? I would love the opportunity to help you and/or your child. I recognize how hard it is to ask for help and listen to what you are hoping to gain out of therapy. Next, we create a plan of how we accomplish those goals. I will work with you where you are at! I take an eclectic approach when working with my clients identifying what modality works best to include the use of creative arts and music along with more traditional methods.
