Hi! I’m a graduate of Barry University with my license in Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in trauma, grief, and self-esteem. I offer individual, family, and marriage and couples therapy to families. It’s ok to feel stuck. We all dwell on our mistakes and difficulties. But it’s important to draw a line, beyond which we stop dwelling and begin acting to improve our emotional, mental, and physical health. The goal of each session is created, collaboratively, so you have say on how you want your sessions to go. This space is your space that you create so you feel comfortable doing the work.
