My name is Javiola Castillo and I am Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I am bilingual and have five years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked in psychiatric hospitals, community mental health organizations, and the juvenile justice system. I have experience working with individuals who need help with life changes, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, and trauma.

My counseling style is collaborative, and client centered. I draw primarily from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, and motivational interviewing. Together we will work towards achieving your goals in a safe environment.
