I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I have 3 years experience helping clients through career development, personal challenges, and life role transitions. Most of my clients are working adults so I like to offer night and weekend availability so that clients can make an appointment at a time that works best for them.

My current availability for video, phone, and chat sessions are:
Monday: 6 PM-10PM
Tuesday: 6PM-10PM
Wednesday-Closed
Thursday-Closed
Friday-Closed
Saturday: 1PM-9PM
Sunday: 1PM-9PM

Messages between session are also available. I usually respond same/next day in the evenings.

My experience includes assisting clients develop (Specific, Measurable, Action Oriented, Realistic, and Timely) S.M.A.R.T. goals, providing guidance and coping skills to managing stress, anxiety, and depression. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients build confidence and achieve their goals.
