My style of therapy focuses on realistic principles and understanding to ones environment and circumstances, unconditional positive regard, and achieving goals. I can help you develop and learn coping strategies to propel you forward into your best self.
I believe that understanding what to do with our trauma is the key to end needless suffering in order to improve your quality of life. Jasmine is a graduate of the University of Houston Downtown, with a BS in Psychology and received her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
