Hi, my name is Jenny and I'm so happy you're here! I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas and have been in the helping profession for the past six years. My clientele has ranged from the age of five to the age of 71. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, chronic mental illness, PTSD, and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma, sexual abuse, survivors of human trafficking, and emotional abuse. No matter what you are going through, I truly believe that therapy can be beneficial to anyone who seeks it. We all need a little support at some point in our lives and reaching out for it could be the best next step for you.
