My name is Jasmin Foster and I received my Masters in Social Work from The University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2016. I have over 5 years of experience working in Crisis Intervention as well as 3 years in child welfare. I currently work with clients who experience depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use disorders, homelessness, financial issues , individuals struggling to address mental health concerns and family issues to name a few areas of experience.

My style is very person centered with a focus on the clients needs and desired outcomes. My goal is to guide you and walk along side you as you explore and start to understand the thoughts and feelings that initially brought you to therapy. I provided a safe, judgement free zone that allows you be open, honest and your authentic self.

Therapy can be a daunting and overwhelming experience as it does require you to do some self reflection and work to gain the desired outcomes. However, therapy is also a rewarding experience that allows you to grow as an individual and achieve the goals that you have set for yourself. I look forward to walking with you on your journey of self reflection and growth.
