I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 26 years of helping people identify and/or pursue their career goals. I specialize in working with people that have unique barriers such as a learning disability, ADHD, mental health condition, mobility issues, and other conditions that have interfered with success on a job or in your career path. Of course, several factors can play a part in challenges with work and that would be my goal to help you not only resolve what's getting in the way of meeting success with your career goals but also your personal goals.
I believe that you are the driver of your destiny and I am here to support, encourage, and help you move in the direction you so desire. I use an eclectic approach by incorporating client centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral strategies. We will also explore ways to remove barriers such as accommodations that may be needed for your success.
