I am licensed in Texas with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes. More specifically, I have worked with college-aged to middle-aged adults, educators, as well as moms who are trying to "do it all." I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
