Hey there, my name is Katelyn and I'm a licensed therapist based out of Nashville, going on eight years of working with clients in counseling. I have always been an observer, a feeler, and a thinker. I was seventeen years old when I decided to channel my personality and my strengths into becoming a trained therapist. My path never changed its course! I feel lucky in that regard.

With my Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and my Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Lipscomb University, I approach my clients’ concerns through a relational and holistic lens. I am listening for how the client’s closest relationships are doing. I am curious about how their body holds their emotions, how their emotions treat their body, what the client’s logical brain thinks about all of this…you get the idea. It’s all connected, and I am always fascinated by the holistic dance of my client’s experience.

I use an integrative approach to therapy, combining elements of Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, EMDR, and Somatic Yoga Therapy to use research-based practices in our work together.
