Viewing relationships through an attachment-oriented lens, I help individuals and couples develop healthy boundaries and communication skills. I am trained in both sex and relationship therapy. I always take into consideration the impact and importance of one’s culture on relationships and sexual wellness. I’m a member of the EMDR International Association, California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, California Society of Clinical Social Workers, and Treasure Coast Chapter of the National Association of Social Work. I graduated with her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. Working from a trauma-focused perspective, I am committed to supporting individuals and couples through their healing of past and current distressing events. I’m Certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Havening Techniques. I’m also certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
