About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri with 4 years of experience as a therapist working with adults, couples, and families. I have experience in helping clients with family conflicts, trauma and abuse, parenting, and coping with grief and loss. My clients often come to me with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and post traumatic stress. I have the honor of getting to learn about my clients' stories and how they want to live their lives. The most exciting parts of my work are the moments when a client understands themselves and their experiences just a little differently and those insights enable them to live with more freedom and authenticity. I find that small changes within ourselves lead to big changes in our day-to-day lives.

As a therapist, my style is inquisitive and warm. I believe therapy should be a safe place to reflect on your history as well as practice how you want to be in relationships. Together we will determine your therapeutic goals. I look forward to getting to know you and your story.
