About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia that has worked in the field for about four years. I have experiencing working with clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, parenting coaching, career choices, self esteem, ADHD, and more. Counseling can be beneficial for those who have a diagnosis but also those who are going through a hard life phase and need some support.

I view therapy with a nonjudgemental and respectful approach. I want you to feel comfortable and be able to trust yourself to share and grow. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, person center therapy, and play therapy. However, the most important part of therapy is you- so any model can be flexible and molded to you personal needs.

It can be hard to ask for support, but you are taking the first step by reading this and that is already brave! I want to honor that and be able to support you on any level I can.
