About

I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with a decade of experience working as a mental health counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, discrimination, apathy, relationship issues, career challenges, and reintegration. I have also walked with those who have experienced various traumas may it be physical or mental.
My therapy style is compassionate, challenging, and humorous. I am a certified yoga instructor and expressive arts enthusiast. I firmly believe in holding others with high regard. My approach includes, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, person centered, and solution focused modalities. I do not believe that one size fits all and therefore the journey will be catered to who you are and where you would like to be.
