I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has been practicing for over 5 years as an LPC. My undergrad degree consisted a 4 concentrations; biology, education, business, and psychology. I received my Masters in Professional Counseling in 2015 from Liberty University and am pursuing my doctorate in Psychology at Liberty University. I have experience in individual, family, and group therapies in various settings including inpatient, outpatient, and a community agency. The therapies I have found most effective are cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused, cognitive processing therapy, and mindfulness. I use these these therapies to treat anxiety, depression, addiction, relationships issues, personality disorders, PTSD, and more. It is very important to me to meet the client where they are assist in the healing process with the most affective proven therapeutic approach.
