I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working with families for over 4 years. I use an integrated approach of different therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based therapy and Psychoeducation. I have experience working with children/adolescents, family therapy, and marriage counseling to help resolve difficult issues within families. I have worked with individuals to counsel through anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.
As a therapist, I believe that everyone is entitled to their feelings, desires, and thoughts in the season that they are in. I believe that everyone should feel heard, seen, and worthy of love and acceptance. My goal in therapy is to provide you with someone you can trust to help you work through the complicated layers of what you are feeling.
There is no “one size fits all” approach to dealing with trauma or complicated emotions, but I would love to help you find ways that are unique to what YOU need to help you find your joy again.
