Hello! I am a licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with over 10 years of experience in helping others thrive. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anger, relationship issues, depression, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, mood disorders, parenting problems, anxiety, self-esteem and those who have experience trauma in many forms. I offer individual and family counseling sessions and utilize a variety of clinical interventions.

I enjoy getting to know my clients on a deeper level and meeting them where they are at. I value authenticity and believe that the therapeutic relationship can be the catalyst for meaningful transformation. My approach combines Gestalt, Narrative, Experiential and trauma-focused counseling. I take the time to individualize treatment based on my client's needs and walk with my clients through all steps of the therapy process.
